Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our retreat bookings. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, should you find yourself unable to attend, we offer the option to utilize your payment for a future retreat, subject to a $125USD administration fee, provided that you provide a minimum of 60 days' notice prior to the event start date. Within 60 days of the event's start, no further transfers or refunds will be possible, and the deposit will be retained in full. Transfers to another person are considered on a case-by-case basis and involve an administration fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which help us maintain the quality of our retreat experiences.
